Hi marshmallow bunnies! So, what have I been up to since last we spoke? Hmm..well I-, no..oh wait! Yup, I’ve been testing Milani’s new lippies while, you know, playing enormous amounts of Bioshock Infinite ^_^ Milani released all new Brilliant Shine lipglosses, Power Lip Gloss Stains, and added some new colors to their Color Statement lipsticks! I did buy one of the vampy, darker colors mostly because I still have time to wear them; aka, Spring is far, far away *sad face* -_- Might as well wear them when I can still get away with it!
Brilliant Shine Gloss is absolutely that! Black Cherry is one of the more pigmented ones in the bunch which is exactly why I like it. But you can pick from their range of colors to suit your fancy :) You won’t be disappointed, trust me. The usual goes with any lipgloss tube; comes with a doefoot applicator, creamy and pigmented, you’ve heard this before I’m sure! The texture has some stickiness to it so that it does stay on the lips, but I’m a huge MAC Lipglass fan so I’m no stranger to thick glosses. Not to mention the packaging is totally gorgeous! It really feels like a high end lipgloss without the expensive price tag. These babies are $5.49 which means you basically need to go buy every color so I can live my lip obsession through you :D
Power Lip Gloss Stains are probably my favorites out of everything Milani came out with. Ok, so…maybe I’m not a huge fan of brush tip applicators in general, but not even that can stop me from buying them. I absolutely love the pigmentation, the range of colors is gorgeous, plus the fact that they lasted over 6 hours on my lips and they’re only $6.49 :O! (That’s me being surprised*hehe*) When you first apply one to your lips it goes on like a gloss with the same shiny finish. Over time, it slowly turns to a satin finish but still just as hydrating and creamy. Same rule applies. Buy every color. I’m cereal >^_^<
